Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta
This was sooo good! I took the reviewers advice and substituted red wine vinegar for the white wine since I didn't have any. Like her, I used 2 T to sautee the shrimp. I added another T when I did the tomatoes and instead of oil, I added a T of butter. I also added some leftover mushrooms. In addition, I added a little bit of a pack of dry caesar dressing mix for added flavor. Next time, I think I'll double the recipe, but keep the amount of pasta the same. Also, I might try adding zuccini. My kids even liked this one!
