Avocado Quick Bread

What a surprise! It is very good. I used just over a cup of avocado since that was all I had and I added just a small amount of sour cream to make up for it and no nuts. Baked in a Bundt pan for just under an hour and it came out great. My family loves it.

Country House Bed and Breakfast Casserole

My family really liked this. I left out the butter but used butter Pam spray instead and it worked like a charm plus no added fat/calories! I added an additonal egg and used Stove Top stuffing for the croutons. Really easy & good.

Apricot Chicken

Really good. I cooked my chicken with green pepper & onions on the stove. I added the sauce without heating it first. I also used apricot/pineapple preserves so the dish tasted like sweet & sour chicken.

Asparagus and Ham Casserole

It was a good base. I used 2 cans cream soup and no cheese. Also, I made my rice with broth so it was very flavorful. I did not use celery or the bread crumbs and made it fresh, not cook asparagus. Good!

Excellent! I made it as is (doubled) and it was cakey, not crumbly and mildly sweet. Be aware, it is really thick batter but it turns out fabulous.

Campbell's® Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Very good. I made a few changes. I browned and cut up my chicken into chucks. Used 1 cup brown rice and broth for water. For the veg part I used fresh broccoli but only about a cup. Easy!!
