Easy Turkey Tetrazzini

My husband and I thought this was pretty good. I used whole wheat egg noodles, 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and 1 small container of light sour cream. I also added some season salt and garlic salt and topped it with french onions. As other reviewers suggested, I sauteed onions and mushrooms together. It added even more flave. Will make this again. I think it would be good with other meats as well.

Creamy Fruit Salad II

I made this for Thanksgiving. I didn't like this at all though some of my guests did like it so that is the only reason I'm giving this 3 stars. I followed the recipe except I drained all the fruit. It was too creamy so I ended up adding even more fruit but that didn't help. I think the cream mixture might be better as a fresh fruit dip instead.

Cheese Lover's Chicken

My husband and I really liked this recipe. I was really short on time so I ended up using my favorite spaghetti sauce instead of making the tomato sauce. It still turned out very good. The chicken turns out so moist.

Strawberry-Sauced Crunchy Fruit Salad

This salad was really good and makes a large quantity. I brought it as my dish to pass on Easter and everyone really seemed to like it. I mixed all the fruit and topping together earlier in the morning and right before serving mixed in the cereal topping. The only problem with this is that the salad is only good on the first day and after that it got really soggy.

Italian Confetti Pasta Salad

This was a great pasta salad. After reading other reviews, I added an extra cup of noodles and I think it turned out perfect. Lots of compliments.

Savory Chicken Breasts

I thought this was great. Like others suggested, I sprinkled a little garlic salt on the chicken along with the pepper. I also cut the chicken into bite size pieces and used shredded swiss cheese. Next time I may cut back on the bread crumbs a little, but otherwise I loved this.
