We had never eaten eggplant before and nobody wanted to be the first to take a bite but my 13 year old son ended up having 3 plates. It was an excellent recipe. Easy to follow and loved by all. Thank you for sharing!

Peanut Butter Bars I

Stuffed Peppers My Way

We Love these peppers. I have made them several times already. I add either ground hamburg or sausage to mine and lots of cheese. It is a great recipe. Thank you so much for sharing.

Basic Sourdough Bread

Great Recipe. I like a soft crust so as soon as I pulled it out of the oven I took the bread out of the and rubbed butter over the top and sides. It keeps the crust from getting hard and adds a wonderful butter flavor to the bread.

Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Loved this bread! We have an amish store near us that makes this bread. We love the bread but not the prices so I wanted to make this myself. It was so easy and tastes great. I did add a little more cinnamon and sugar because we love things sweet. It is exactly like the one sold at the amish store...well done on this recipe!

Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Pasta Shells

My family loved these. My husband has to have lots of meat in everything we make so I added sausage, and chopped up pepperoni to the mix. I also found that adding sauce to the bottom and sides of the dish before adding the shells helped to keep them from sticking on and drying out. I added more sauce and cheese to keep them from drying out and because we love cheese. This was a wonderful recipe. It was quick and easy to make and turned out wonderfully.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies III

We loved these cookies. I increased the recipe size and still had no cookies by morning. My husband and kids are actually requesting I make them more often. I love that they are so quick and easy to make and require very little clean up. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

Shrimp Scampi V

I just made this tonight for my family. They loved it! The only problem I had was that I made a double batch (three teenagers and a hungry Marine). It is far more filling than I had thought and we will be eating this all weekend. The good thing is we don't mind one bit. I did add more shrimp than was called for and mushrooms I substituted broth for wine. Those were the only changes I made and we were very happy with the way it turned out. I will be making this often.
