No Bake Fudge Cookies

Not mypersonal favorite but dh and dd love these. 5 stars compared to other recipes but I did make 2 changes. I only had 2 cups of oats and no raisins so I addes 1 cup coconut. Rave reviews.

I love this recipe and have shared it with many friends. Because I like strong spiced flavor I add heaping spoonfuls of the nutmeg and cloves. It is also great with nuts and raisins if you have them. Thanks for a great recipe!

Fresh Semolina and Egg Pasta

This was my second attempt at fresh pasta, the first being two years ago and a disaster. I believe the semolina made all the difference and was worth a trip to the bulk food store. I was making ravioli without the aid of any machines. The dough was very supple to work with after following the chilling and resting tips. Thanks for helping me become a pasta maker!

Special Buttercream Frosting

Thought I would chime in because the reviews were old. This recipe is great as written. Butter always makes things better but the consistency is great. If you are not a cake decorator or don't expect to make lots of cakes soon, 1/2 the recipe. I used this for a "ho ho cake" a clone of the Hostess treat, to fill layers. It was a hit! I replaced 1 tsp of vanilla with 1 tsp of almond extract just because I love the flavor. Also used 1/2 and 1/2 because that is what I had. Awesome.

Ann's Rice Pilaf

Delicious! I was making schwarma chicken so I decided to add hot curry powder in place of the Greek seasoning and it turned out well. I like being able to adapt it to the main course. Thank for a great recipe!

Parmesan Artichoke Spread

I too have been making this for years exactly as written It is good hot, warm and even cold leftovers if there are any. If you use your large holes on a box grater it makes quick work of the artichoke hearts. Also for a change, throw in a box of thawed spinach and some pepper jack cheese.

Pretzel Turtles

These are quick, easy, and awesome. The only trouble I have is hiding them from my husband! I left a pan in the fridge to harden, planned on taking them work the next day. Came back from an errand to find them half eaten!

Armenian Rice Pilaf

This pilaf was delicious just as written. There are lots of additions you could make by adding vegetables or chopped chicken but I love the ease and simplicity of it just the way it is. My only question is serving size. I halved the recipe and it was enough for at least 6 servings. If you make the full recipe, you can serve 12 more people. Thanks siliblessings!

This was great! I used seasoned b crumbs becasue that is what I had. I also didn't measure anything just eyeballed it, and it was quick, easy and delish! Wish I had tried it sooner. Thanks!

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I

My daughter made this and I thought it was good. I made just a couple of small changes. First I sprinkled some cinnamon right over the peaches before adding the cake mix. Next, instead of a yellow mix, I used a butter pecan mix - yum. I also thought spice cake would work well too. Anything this easy, quick and tasty is a keeper!
