Tiramisu Layer Cake
It tasted awesome! I did what the other reviewers said and added more flavour. I mixed the coffee powder directly into 2 of the batters. Thus I would have 2 brown coloured ones and one white coloured one (for the middle). The flavour was awesome and the cake was fluffy. It tastes especially good after you've put it in the fridge for about 12 hours. The only thing that I didn't like about this cake was that it was too big! The layers were so high. My cake came out about 6 inches high. Crazy. Next time I'll cut the cake batter in half. But nonetheless, awesome taste.

Cheese Cake Cups
Omg! This recipe is AWESOME! So I did make some modifications + I had scaled it. I knew just cheese would make the cake too hard, so I wanted to substitute some of it with sour cream. But too bad! I didn't have any! Instead I had strawberry yogurt. Thus, I substituted 1/3 of the cheese with yogurt. I baked it for about 13 minutes (it rose up and was about to crack, but not yet), then I turned the oven off, and opened the oven door for it to cool. Then I made some cream cheese icing to top it off. Lastly I put a strawberry on top ! Viola!! A Yummy, beautiful looking treat that ONLY took 45 minutes! O yaa!! I did use graham cracker crumbs plus butter as the crust! PS: *I didn't put as much sugar since the yogurt was already sweet* Strawberry Cheese is sooo yummy.

Nannie's Hot Milk Sponge Cake
People shouldn't critize the recipe if they have changed it in any way or form. The unsatisfication may be caused by their own modifications. I personally really liked this cake. And I followed the instructions.
