Sausage and Peppers for a Dozen

I have made this once and will defiantly make it again. The only thing I will do different is leave the sausage whole instead of cutting it and I added a bit of red wine to the sauce. So delicious and super easy!! Great for a weeknight.

Granny's Smothered Chicken

Tried this last night. It was very delicious , I didnt use the cloves and it still turned out very well. I think I let it simmer to much or I didnt use enough potatoe water, cause my gravy was a little on the thick side But all in all very good. I will make this again.

This was very good. I had some clumping when I used the flour dont know if I did that part wrong or what. But all was good in the end.I added red peppers also.
