Beef Tips and Noodles
My husband LOVED this. He wants me to make it a weekly dish. I on the other hand thought it lacked flavor and was just ok. I used the exact ingredients listed but cooked it at 350 for 30 minutes. I also sauted the steak and mushrooms together before baking.

World's Best Lasagna
Lives up to the reputation. This is the best lasagna I have ever had (and I've had a LOT of lasagna). I took it to a luncheon today and everyone RAVED over it and kept asking me for the recipe or wanted to know where I bought it. It takes time but is WELL worth it in the end. I increased the spices a little bit since I usually like pasta sauces with more spice than what is directed in the recipe. I also used 1 lb of Hamburger and 3/4 lb of the sweet italian sausage I wasn't sure if I would like the sweet italian so I used less. It was fantastic. Make sure you use it in addition to the fennell seeds. I'll never make lasagna any other way again.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
My family RAVED about this cheesecake at Christmas. I was unsure about it since it didn't look like it was done baking in the oven. I trusted the recipe so I turned off the oven and let it sit for 6 hours. It did not crack in the slightest. When I pulled the cheesecake from the fridge I warned everyone that it may not be good since I wasn't sure if it was cooked. The entire thing was gone in a matter of minutes. I only got a small bite from my husbands piece. Everyone raved about it and is requesting that I make them more. That's all anyone could talk about for the rest of the day. Today I am baking 4 more cheesecakes for them. This is the only recipe I will ever use again.
