Philly Steak Sandwich

This was good. I marinated the meat in all the spices + 1 TBSP of worchestire sauce then cooked it on griddle. Soft and less calories than frying.

D's Famous Salsa

Loved the taste and so easy to make. Took others' advice and draied the tomatoes and only blended on pulse for a few seconds so it was not watery at all. Thank you! This is now a staple at our house.

Bob's Awesome Lasagna

Pretty easy and tasted good but had to make a couple adjustments. Doubled the amount of meat, cottage cheese and spagetti sauce to have a real serving of 12.

Three Meat Cannelloni Bake

This was a little time consuming but well worth the effort. I did make some shortcuts: used packaged cannelloni and increased bake time. Also used 1 can of Heinz sausage spagetti sauce and 1 can of Basil spagetti sauce and poured a little cream over top befor e baking. Draining the meat before adding the wine and putting the mixture in the blender before stuffing the cannellonis was also a good recommendation from one of the other reviewers.

Easy Quiche

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

This was the most moist, flavorful roast chicken I've ever made. Thank you so much! Took other cooks' advice and doubled the marinade and put an onion in the cavity. Can't wait to have this again.

Classic Spanish Sangria

This was sooo good. Just one thing though - I had to double the wine and orange juice because the rum was way too much. Will make this again and again with 1/2 amount of liquor. Thank you for my new favorite sangria recipe!

Followed others advice and used garlic powder instead of salt (used salted butter) and this turned out great. FYI, 1/2 the recipe is enough to butter one whole loaf of french bread.

Chocolate Mousse Cake IV

AWESOME!!!! If I could give this recipe more stars I would. It was delicious and so easy and my guest were raving. I shared this with lots of people and the only two things I did differently was add 1/4 tsp of cream of tartar and used non-fat condensed milk.

Whit's Chicken Enchiladas

I followed some of the others advice: added taco seasoning to chicken cooked in broth, substituted fat free evaporated milk for heavy cream and poured on just a little bit of enchilada sauced - this was soooo good. Thanks for the recipe Whit!
