Italian Confetti Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2007
It was good but reduce the mayo to 1/4 cup and salt to 1 tsp. Added 1/2 cup peas and some chopped ham and 1 red onion. Also used canned diced tomatoes to save time. turned out great.

Delicious. Followed others advice and cut pouches, mixed garlic into cheese mixture (used sun dried tomato and basil feta), reduced liquid amount by 1/2 and used chicken broth instead. Thanks!

Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies II

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2006
Fantastic cookies! The only thing I did differently was use almond extract instead of coconut and droped tsp instead of Tbsp so they were bite size. They melt in your mouth and you just can't stop at one!

Fantastic! For those who found it runny, the longer you let it cool, the thicker it gets. I let mine cool at room temperature overnight.

This was fantastic. I used fresh diced red peppers and added a 1/4 cup water so that they would cook without drying the dish. What a great taste - thank you.
