Delicious Raisin Nut Banana Bread

This was really good. I used 11/2 cups of bananas, a quarter cup of white sugar instead of 1/2 and added a couple TBS of honey.

Indian Turkey Burgers With Lime, Cucumbers, and Chutney

I thought these were fantastic and a nice change from the usual turkey burger. I didn't like the mango chutney so made tziki and that went really well. Thanks for the great recipe.

Pan-fried Steak with Marsala Sauce

This was really good and so easy. The only things I did different was saute one onion before the garlic and I added 1 tsp of corn starch at the very end to thicken the sauce a little.

Quick Little Devils

I'm sorry but we really didn't enjoy this. Maybe it was operator error but, even after completely cooling, when I cut the squares, the bottom kept crumbling off and the peanut butter/marshmallow was sort of chewy. Cooking it more would have make the filling even harder I think. Loved the idea though.

Grandma Smith's New Brunswick-Style Turkey Stuffing

This was exactly what you'd expect it to be. I didn't have dried summer savory so I used thyme w/ a dash of sage. I made it as a side dish and it taste good but a little dry so next time I'll make it w/ a saucy dish to accompany it.

This was such a moist cake and everybody loved it. I did omit the cardamom and next time I'll reduce the minced fresh ginger to 1 tsp as the ginger taste was overpowering for me

One Bowl Chocolate Fudge

Vegetable Pasta Salad II

This was really good with the following changes: I halved the amount of pasta and used whole wheat pasta, omitted the feta (used a couple tablespoons of fresh parm sprinkled over the top) and used 1/3 of the amount of salad dressing. Everyone raved.

Sweet Potato Casserole II

Really liked this and it will my staple sweet potatoes for thanksgiving from now on as it wasn't nauseatingly sweet. The only thing I did was use 1 and 1/2 time the topping. Thanks for the great recipe.

Banana Peanut Butter Bread

This was good once you make the changes suggested by others: Increase peanut butter to 3/4 cups (even 1 cup), 3 bananas, 1 3/4 cups of flour, 1 tsp of baking powder and 1 /2 tsp of baking soda, 1 tsp of vanilla and 3/4 cups of mini chocolate chips. Omit walnuts. Yummy.
