Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
These potatoes were great. I made them almost exactly as stated in the recipe and YUMMY!! I changed it up by adding some monterey pepper jack cheese with the cheddar. My son liked them so much he was licking the casserole dish afterwards. This was a hit with the kids. Thanks for the recipe!!

excellent recipe!! I reduced the oil and used fat free milk, other than that leftit exact..YUMMY!!

Broccoli Rice Casserole
Fabulous! My husband, who is very picky, loved it. He picked at the casserole until dinner time and then ate his portion. My kids loved it as well. I added chicken breasts on the top before I put it in the oven and I used left over rice from the night before...YUMMY!!
