This was just ok to me. I made the recipe using 3 large bone-in chicken breasts, regular potatoes cut up into chunks, one cup of Seven Seas bottled Italian Dressing and instead of using Italian Seasoning I used garlic powder, onion powder and a little garlic salt. I followed the reviews and cooked my cut up potatoes for a few minutes in the microwave before adding them to the pan with the chicken. I followed the recipe and drizzled the chicken and potatoes with the dressing then sprinkled it with the seasonings and grated parmesan cheese. I baked it in the oven for an hour at 400 degrees uncovered. My problem with it was that it was lacking in flavor and the potatoes still weren't cooked enough despite cooking them in the microwave prior. Next time I will cook them a bit longer in the microwave and I will marinate the chicken and potatoes in the dressing for a while prior to cooking it so that it will be more flavorful. I will also use more than the 1 cup of dressing that I used even though the recipe only calls for 1/2 cup. I can't imagine a 1/2 cup being enough when 1 cup wasn't. All in all it wasn't a terrible recipe but it also wasn't what I expecting due to it being bland and the potatoes not being cooked enough.
