I made some changes to throw it together with what I had. I didn't have dijon mustard, so I used a little honey mustard, and I used crushed sailor boy pilot bread. It turned out really crunchy and moist on the inside. Will make again!

Vinegar Grilled Chicken

It was ok. I only had time to marinate it for about 2 1/2 hours. The flavor was ok, but could be vamped up a little. I may add more hot sauce next time.

Reunion Meatballs

I followed the recipe exactly. It was pretty good. The meatballs themselves were tasty, but the sauce was a bit vinegary, I'll cut back on it next time. Also, the sauce was pretty thin, which was kinda dissapointing.Overall, it's good though. Thanks!

Meat Loaf Pie

It was ok. I used the cheesy quiche crust recipe on here (which is fabulous) I added an extra egg, doubled the worcestershire and ketchup, and added 2 Tbs bread crumbs. Only had a little bit of corn, so I added peas in too. Might make again.

Cyndi's Shrimp Fajitas

These were great! I didn't have any limen juice, so I used vinegar (half of what was called for) and in place of zucchini, I used cucumbers (they were great)! My shrimp were already precooked, so I mixed the remaining shrimp marinade with some fat free sour cream, and topped the quesadillas - and they were amazing! I didn't have any chili powder, so i used a half a packet of fajita seasoning, and it was perfect. Will use again!

Clark's Quiche

This turned out great. I omitted the mushrooms, and used broccoli instead of spinache, but it was a big hit. I also found a recipe on here for a handmade cheesy pie crust that made it pop!

Cheesy Quiche Crust

Savory Grilled Potatoes

This recipe is the bomb-diggity!!I would recommmend the sauce mix to be for fewer potoates,(or just make a little more sauce) only because I like intense flavor. Also, you MUST flip them over once, or they will burn a little and stick to the foil...I can't wait to make this again!
