Chinese-Style Cheeseburgers

Awesome....I loves these. In fact I made them 3 nights in a row. They held up better in the fry pan, than on the grill. I used the crumbled Kraft cheese and like other reviewers I also added an egg to bind, no chopped onion, but onion powder.

Cream Cheese Jalapeno Hamburgers

Sorry, I can think of better things to do with cream cheese and ground beef. The amount of jalapenos were just too much for my taste and I like food really spicy. I even cut back to 1/2 the amount. I will not make again.

Chicken Piccata II

This recipe was so good! I followed others advice, adding mushroom, capers and increasing the sauce. I think the really good part was I used talipia instead of chicken. It was dish licking great.

Tilapia with Creamy Sauce

Just so-so. I love talapia, and eat it at least once a week. This recipe, for me is not worth making again. There is so much more we can do with the ingredients.

Easy Tilapia

Yummy. A little salty, but I crave salt. I made double the recipe and I wanted to eat all the leftovers. I made no changes..it had a really good tast. The only downside, was with all the transferring of the fish, it sort of broke up.

Artichoke Chicken

This was just Ok for me. It looked better than it tasted. Followed directions and other reviewers suggestions about substituting sour cream for some of the mayo, and to saute the chicken first. It is not something I would make again.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
