Original Homemade Italian Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2006
This is one of our favorite recipes. I substitute a can of beef broth for the water and add the entire jar of peppers to the crockpot. Thank you for sharing.

White Chocolate Snack Mix

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2005
This is huge hit at our house. Like others I just line my kitchen table with wax paper and let it cool. I also substitute 2 12-oz bags of peanut butter M&M's instead of the plain ones and use dry roasted nuts instead. And yes, like the previous posters I cannot put it down once I start munching. Definitely a party food, otherwise I'd eat the whole thing myself.

Tangy Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2005
I have made this twice for my husband's family and have gotten rave reviews both times. I agree that it makes too much dressing - I really only use 1/4 - 1/3 of what it makes. I learned the first time to double the recipe because it goes so fast. Definitely a keeper.

Southwestern Turkey Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2003
We really enjoyed this recipe. I didn't have turkey leftovers so used a box of the precooked diced chicken and substituted flour tortillas. We are big meat eaters and feel the recipe could double the amount called for. It was also quite saucy. Next time I will mix half the sauce with the chicken and make enchiladas. This is definitely a keeper.

It's so quick and easy. We especially enjoy it the second day!
