I love biking and the outdoors. I love to bake things that I can share with my friends when we go biking and camping. I prefer baking to cooking. When I cook, my favorite things to cook are soups. I seem to be known for my lemon bars, so, I guess thats one of my favorite things to cook. I also like to make birthday cakes. My mom's cabbage rolls and bread pudding are my two favorite traditions. I love to bake at Christmas and Thanksgiving A perfect cheesecake! A not so perfect cheesecake; I seem to have mismeasured the butter for the crust and had an awful mess in the oven.
