Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Great recipe, I followed the original directions and just added about 3/4 of a McCormics packet for slow cookers. It was AMAZING, didn't think there was enough broth but it turned out perfectly.

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

Awesome reicpe! We made it for Christmas morning! The sauce is amazing. I only used 1.5 things of cream cheese because it looked like too much, could use 2 full tubs next time.

Royal Icing I

Great recipe for cookie decorating. I did need almost 6 cups of powdered sugar to make it the right consistency for a piping bag. Tasted great, but do make sure to cover it between uses/colors so it doesn't harden.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Followed the recipe exactly but used Almond extract instead of vanilla...I always do and love it more. Froze some of the dough, haven't worked with it yet though. Half the dough made 40ish cookies

Fudge-Nut Oatmeal Bars

Excellent, didn't add the nuts because our company coming doesn't like nuts. VERY RICH, only cut into tiny 1" x 1" squares. Hate to admit I hate quite a few the next day on my own...

Pumpkin Cheesecake II

This was excellent! I cooked it for 52 Min. and unfortunately the cake looked totally done but wasn't in the middle. Still great flavor in the crust with the pecans and made the pecan maple sauce listed...amazing! DO NOT MAKE THIS WITHOUT that sauce!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Made this in a spring form pan with extra cream cheese and added sour cream. Read the reviews before making, I wanted more of a cheesecake than a pie and it was great!! Everyone LOVED it.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

This is SO great! Didn't use the white pepper and it was only one smaller chicken (2.5 Kg) so it only took about 3 hours and it was perfect...FALLING off the bone! Amazing! (Plus it was my first time ever cooking a whole chicken!)
