First time I've ever tried anything like this. It seemed like quite a bit of work for this cookie. Maybe I just didn't grow up with it? I don't think I'd make these again.

Elegant Wild Rice Soup

Doubled the recipe and added a bit of celery with the onion. Also did 4 cups of broth vs. 3 and this was a great wild rice soup!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

These were tasty, in a regular size muffin cup it didn't seem like I could get enough cream cheese in the middle. I would like to try them as jumbo muffins. The recipe is the exact amount of all 3 items for 23-24 muffins.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Great recipe, I followed the original directions and just added about 3/4 of a McCormics packet for slow cookers. It was AMAZING, didn't think there was enough broth but it turned out perfectly.

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

Awesome reicpe! We made it for Christmas morning! The sauce is amazing. I only used 1.5 things of cream cheese because it looked like too much, could use 2 full tubs next time.

Great recipe as written for fairly chewy brownies. I doubled the recipe for a 9x13 pan. Served w ice cream and choc sauce..yum

Sesame Shrimp Stir-Fry

I'm not sure why but we didn't think this had a ton of taste. It was fairly easy and quick which was nice. I followed directions except for sauted in vegi oil and added the sesame oil later (1t). I might try it again though. Good use of shrimp

Royal Icing I

Great recipe for cookie decorating. I did need almost 6 cups of powdered sugar to make it the right consistency for a piping bag. Tasted great, but do make sure to cover it between uses/colors so it doesn't harden.

Surprise Banana Cake

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Followed the recipe exactly but used Almond extract instead of vanilla...I always do and love it more. Froze some of the dough, haven't worked with it yet though. Half the dough made 40ish cookies

Great flavor, but use STRONG tasting blue cheese. Mine might have been too cheap, the flavor didn't come out enough even 24 hours in the fridge.
