Best Bread Pudding with Vanilla Sauce

Work at a school and we had leftover cinnamon toast so I decided to make this bread pudding with that. Wow...was it good!! Because of the others backing off so much sugar and with what sugar was on the toast I only used about half of a cup, still stayed with the same amount of cinnamon but added a little more milk and one more egg because I felt it really needed that extra moisture (might have had more bread than what was stated too) It turned out wonderful!! The sauce is a must too because it really sets it off, I could pour that stuff over anything and it would be good! Well done, Southern Grandma!!

Man oh Man that gruyere really makes the difference!! Its expensive but for a special occasion I would make that choice because its really good!!

Cream Cheese Corn

I have used this recipie for many many years but I add 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese to mine and bake it instead of stove top. Its always a big hit!! Its even good as a dip for corn chips the next day if you have any leftovers!! Not a diet food for sure but so good!!

Butterscotch Pumpkin Pudding Cake

This is my favorite cake to make in the fall!! You can add a little sprinkle of powdered sugar or a cream cheese glaze but its even good plain. Sometimes I will just drop a spoonfull of cool whip on top...anyway you eat it its good!!

Iced Mochas

I used this recipie as a guide to make it my own. I used the frozen coffee cubes, omitted the sugar all together and replaced some of the milk with flavored coffee creamer. I'm addicted to the flavored coffee creamers, I even use them in my oatmeal in the morning!! I love this coffee!! So refreshing on a hot day!!

Traditional Indiana Breaded Tenderloin Sandwich

We used to make these tenderloins in our restaurant, top seller! We would bread and freeze them before frying, just make sure you put freezer paper in between them for ease on getting them apart.

Delicious Bread

I make this all the time...try cutting small pieces of string cheese or mozzerella and forming the dough around them and rolling them parm cheese....so good!

Simple Pouch Potatoes

I have been making these for years...good for camping too. You can just throw them into the coals but dont forget to turn over. Sometimes I add smoke sausage and onions to the mix.
