I've been married for eight years and have three daughters. My husband is retired from the Navy and we lived in Italy for three years and are now living in England.

Porcupine meatballs and I have several chicken dishes that I like.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I don't really have any. I've never really enjoyed cooking. I don't think I'm very good at it. My Grandmother wasn't a very good cook but my Mom is. I guess it's a rotation and I'm next up for "not such a great cook." Ha, ha
My cooking triumphs
When I make a recipe that my Mom gave me and it tastes as good as it does when she makes it. Or when I follow a recipe and it turns out really tasty!
My cooking tragedies
The usual....crunchy rice, burned or under cooked food, bland tasting, etc..

Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs
This was such an easy and delicious recipe! It was just a touch too sweet. Next time I'll either omit the sugar or just use a couple of tablespoons of it. The meatballs were the best I've ever had! They turned out very well and were so flavorful. I'll make this again for sure!

Wonderful Meatloaf
This recipe was so delicious! I made it for dinner tonight and everyone loved it. I used a cup of uncooked Minute Rice instead of cooked rice and it held together perfectly. I'll probably use this recipe more than I use my other meat loaf recipe.

Beef Tips
I tried this recipe tonight and it was very good. It turned out perfectly! I didn't add the salt that it called for due to reading the other reviews that stated it was too salty. I served it over egg noodles and peas as a side dish and it was great. I'll probably make it again.
