I made this last night, and it was terrific. I used extra feta cheese, and tore pieces of basil into the pasta at the very end. Very creative and delicious meal--the tangy-ness from the cheese is perfect with the zestiness of the cajun spices. Heavenly! Thanks

Baked Bean Sandwiches

How creative are you? I came across this recipe the other day and it sounded delicious---so I ran to the market and gathered the necessary ingredients. Might I say, this was to die for!!! Truly one of my new favorites, completley easy--and just mouth-watering. I wouldn't revise the recipe--perfect as is. Thank you so much! ~drool

Crab and Mushroom Enchiladas

I made this twice. The first time it was missing something. The crab is very delicate in taste, so you need bold flavors. The second time I added a can of Progresso cheesy enchilada soup and mixed it with the regular red enchilada sauce. This added so much more flavor! If you add the soup, these are to die for.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

These are excellent, but because I need more spice and zing, I mixed the enchilada sauce with a can of Progresso cheesy enchilada soup. It added so much more texture and flavor...a delectable meal! The family went gaga over it...my sister begs me everyday to make them now.

Potato Casserole II

I neglected to use any chips and it was delicious. I also went a little shy on the sour cream, and used extra cheddar. I used the frozen "O'brien hashbrowns" with bell peppers just like some others recommended and it had terrific flavor. I also used cream of celery soup---SUPERB. Thank you for such a quick and easy recipe. It was gone in a matter of minutes!

never soak or wet mushrooms---they will get extremely tough and "rubbery" recipe was ok. i prefer more flavor

Chicken Stuffed Chiles

Insanely good...i used the already made roasted chicken at the market. I shredded this and it saved so much time. I also added monterey jack cheese into the filling for extra zing, and topped off each chile with fresh pico de gallo. This was extremely creative and different---I loved it!!! Thanks for the wonderful idea. I did the same thing with huge tomatoes, but liked the chile version better.
