Chocolate Zucchini Cake III

I made this cake for my husband and it was Great! I made my favorite frosting which is Creamy Cream Cheese. The cake was very moist and had a wonderful chocolate flavor. I will definitely put this in my recipe box and make it often because it is so easy to make! RRH in WV

Easy Baked Tilapia

Excellent! I made this for tonight's dinner. I did make a few changes. I coated both sides of the fish with olive oil, then seasoned it with Old Bay and garlic salt along with parsley and layered some lemon slices over the top. Then I bag of cauliflower and broccoli around the sides. Baked for 30 minutes. My husband said this is a keeper!

Chesapeake Bay Pork Chops

I had 4 sirloin bone-in pork chops and I fixed the marinade except I used juice on one lemon instead of the lime. Marinated for 4 hours. Grilled them on low/med heat till the temperature read 160, about 7 to 9 mins. per side. They turned out great! I will use the recipe for other things like chicken, steak and salmon. The flavors went all through the meat. This is the best marinate I have found. Thanks for sharing! Cookin In WV

Annie's Turkey Salad

I MADE THIS TODAY FROM THE LEFT OVER THANKSGIVING TURKEY. WOW! IT WAS SO GOOD. I DID MAKE A FEW CHANGES THOUGH. I DID CHOP 1 CUP OF CELERY AND 1 TSP OF POULTRY SEASONING WITH A LITTLE SALT AND FRESH GROUND PEPPER. I USED HELLMANN'S DIJONNAISE AND THIS ADDED JUST ENOUGH FLAVOR TO SPICE IT UP. MY HUSBAND REALLY LIKED IT. I WILL BE MAKING THIS AGAIN. GREAT RECIPE! ! RHONDA H.

Slow Cooker London Broil

I made this for Sunday dinner and it was the best!! I used a London Broil. I made the recipe the same but I did change a few things. I didn't use the onion soup mix, too salty, instead I sliced two onions and layed those on top of the meat with some sliced mushrooms. Added 1 tbl. worchestershire and 1 tbl. of balsalmic vinegar. The meat fell apart and the gravy was great on mashed potatoes. I will be making this often! !

Mushroom Cube Steaks

I TOO WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW WAY TO FIX CUBE STEAKS AND I FOUND THIS. IT IS GREAT! ! MY HUSBAND REALLY LIKED IT. THE MUSTARD AND WORCHESTERSHIRE ADD SO MUCH FLAVOR. I WILL DIFFENTLY BE PUTTING THIS RECIPE ON MY MONTHLY MENU LIST. THANKS, MARE! !

Kathy's Roast and Vegetables

Excellent! ! I made this for Sunday dinner but I did change a few things. I didn't have 2 cans of mushroom soup so I used a can of reg. and a can of golden mushroom soup along with 3 tbls. of worchestershire sauce. This was so good, the roast fell apart and the gravy was so flavorful! I will file this recipe in my Recipe Box and use again. Thanks so much!

Sarah's Banana Bread Muffins

I made these today, to use up some bananas. They were very good. I did add 1 tsp. of cinnamon and 1 tsp. vanilla. The cinnamon gave them some extra flavor. My husband really liked them. I will save this recipe and make them again very soon. Thanks! ! Rhonda H.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Made this for tonights dinner. My husband said this dish is diffently a "keeper". I din't have boneless chicken so I had to let it simmer a little longer. The remaining sauce I served as a dipping sauce. I will fix this again for sure. Thanks! !

Banana Banana Bread

I baked this bread today and it is very moist and has a great banana flavor. I did add 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. cinnamon. On the top before baking I sprinkled 2 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon mixed. I baked it for 55 mins. came out perfect. I will be making this often. Thanks!!
