Baked Kale Chips

I liked these a lot. I used a cookie sheet and placed a cooling rack on top to enable even crisping. Tore the kale up in bite sized pieces, sprayed both sides with Pam and lightly salted. Oven temp 375 for 8 minutes and they were just crisp.

Cheddar Cheese Straws

These turned out great. To add more flavor I added: 2 tbsp. of finely chopped chives, 2 tablespoons Italian Seasonings, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese and 1 tsp. cayenne. I increased baking time to 12 minutes for a more crisp cracker. I may try to increase it to 15 minutes to make them extra crispy. I also used an electric spritz cookie cutter for a more professional look. I also used a small heart cookie cutter to make perfectly shaped savory cheese crackers and stacked them up in cellophane wrappers for great Holiday gifts.

Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies

Excellent recipe! I love spicy things so I amped up the spices and made them chocolate gingersnaps. I freshly ground up sticks of cinnamon, added 1/2 tsp. of freshly grated nutmeg, doubled the ground ginger to 2 tbsp., added 1 tablespoon of minced fresh ginger, and 1 1/2 heaping tbsp. of Dutch Processed Dark Cocoa powder. Everything else was followed. Highly recommended.

Lazygirl's Ground Turkey Stroganoff

This was pretty good for a quick meal. I substituted Cream of Chicken soup, milk, added mushrooms, tomatoes, a clove of garlic, 1 onion, thyme, rosemary, hungarian hot paprika, 1/4 cup of sherry, 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup parmesean cheese.
