This was a total hit. My husband has been asking for them ever since the first time we made them. Took others advice and added a little liquid smoke, since we couldn't grill and they turned out amazing! Great recipe!

Mexican Pizza

This really was easy. I followed the advice of another user and mixed part of the taco seasoning in with the sour cream/cream cheese mixture. I think it helped the layers combine better in taste. I think next time I will half the sour cream and cream cheese and add some refried beans. The family loved it.

Easy Mac 'n' Cheese

This was my first attempt at "home-made" mac and cheese. It was so easy and using the tip to make my own nacho sauce from the recipe on this site was a show stopper. Using hotdogs seemed a little weird, but the kids liked it. I used bread crumbs instead of crackers and it turned out great. I had dinner on the table in 30 minutes. What a treat!

Nacho Cheese Sauce

I took the suggestion from from another user and made this sauce for the Easy Mac 'n' Cheese recipe on this site. It was amazing. I agree with other users, not really the sauce I would use for nachos, but it really was simple and can be dressed up any way you want. I used velveeta instead of american slices and it was super cheesy. Rave reviews from the whole family!

Best Baked Chicken

My husband requests this at least once every couple of weeks. He is not normally a sour cream lover, but he can't get enough of it in this recipe! I always modify for sodium, I like using celery powder and garlic powder instead of the "salts." This recipe goes great with a classic spinach salad.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

This makes the best sandwiches ever! We add provolone on a crusty roll and go crazy. My husband has declared this his favorite recipe ever. I even converted a non-roast person with the sandwiches. Thanks for this great Sunday dinner!

Fish Tacos

My family couldn't get enough of the white sauce. I nixed the capers and used tortilla crusted chipotle tilapia instead of beer battered fish. I can't wait to make this again!
