The perfect mix of sweet and tart without being too much of either! Don't worry about the mixture looking thick when you first mix it up. The apples and cranberries add more moisture while baking, with perfect results. This is my new go-to recipe for quick bread, as I almost always have apples in the house, and it's easy to keep whole cranberries in the freezer. Give it a try!

Butter Pecan Cookies

Good recipe. I had pecans and butter on hand, and this recipe was a quick pantry solution for entertaining guests on short notice. Serve with tea or coffee. There weren't any leftovers!

White Bread For The Bread Machine

Perfect! I wouldn't change a thing. This is the classic soft white bread that is perfect for sandwiches and toast. Easy to make - no special ingredients needed. Love it!

Terrific Turkey Chili

Banana Muffins with a Crunch

Fabulous! I've already made these twice this week and given them away as gifts. They're delicious and turn out moist and flavorful, even with whole wheat flour! These are going into my personal collection of can't-go-wrong recipes.
