Corn Chowder I
I made this last night. It was delicious! My family really enjoyed it. It was cold and rainy outside and just perfect! I used skim milk for the milk and I added a can of whole kernel corn. I was kind of in a hurry so I used a bag of southern style hash browns instead of peeling and cutting up potatoes. It turned out GREAT!!! I will definitely make this again! YUM! Thanks for the recipe!

Amish Meatloaf
I made this last night and it got rave reviews. This was the first meat loaf I have ever made and it was a success! I did what others had suggested and cut back on the brown sugar. Some people said it turned out crumbly, but I used ground sirloin and mine turned out great! I didn't have any vinegar so I used apple cider vinegar and cut back to 1 TBLSP. It gave it a nice kick. The only other thing I did was add a little garlic powder. I served this with mashed potatoes, purple hull peas and cornbread. YUM! My hubby was still raving this morning. Thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Orange Chicken
This was pretty good. I made it more like a stir fry and not in the slow cooker. I added some sesame seeds at the end. I'm not sure I'll make it again, but I wouldn't say it was bad.
