World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2007
This was great lasagna. I just have one comment. Instead of using 2TLB of salt in the meat sauce use 1. It was just a tad bit to salty for me. But very good. Thanks for the recipe

Camp Cornbread

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2007
I loved this corn bread. I wasn't to thrilled with the chunks of corn, so I think I will make sure I put the cream corn in to a blender first( just to really get a smooth consistence), and I also used the hole amount of sugar. As I like sweat corn bread. All in All this was a really good recipe.

Grilled Asian Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2006
I took the advise of the other reviewers, and marinated it for about 4 hours. As I deforested the chicken in the microwave, I put the marinade in a pot and let it simmer for a few min. Then I put it in to a large zip lock bag, and ,marinated it for about 4 hours. I then dumped the hole thing in to a pan. Marinade and all, and baked it at 425 for about 45 min. It was amazing, and even my picky son eat it. And thats saying a lot. Also I didn't have fresh ginger I used powdered.

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2006
I didn't like the olive oil. So I used 1/4 cup of butter, and two heaping spoonfuls of Garlic. I melted the butter and the garlic on the stove, and then dip the chicken in the butter mixture, and then the bread crumbs. Then bake it.
