About this Cook
i am a devotate cheese lover, even having my own cheee diary in which i have tasted and rated over 70 different types of cheese. when i'm not fussing over cheese or my dogs i'm at tafe where i am studying life drawing and jewellery making, which i love.
My favorite things to cook
cheesecakes and cookies, for two reasons, firstly i love the end product, and secondly (equal to my first reason) because i LOVE to eat the batter!
My favorite family cooking traditions
as my mother's family is Polish, at easter and Christmas we make traditional polish foods,2 in particular which both use quark cheese. they are delicious and it wouldn't be the holidays if we didn't make our festive foods
My cooking triumphs
cheesecakes, chocolate moose, soy burgers, and delicious chocolate truffles. mmm.
My cooking tragedies
every year my mum and i try and fail with Anzac cookies - all except this year, i think we have finally figured it out.

Italian Confetti Pasta Salad
i made this salad, but didn't put in the garlic,salt, and used just red wine in place of red wine vinegar. i also used squeezey basil from a tube rather than fresh and used red and green capsicums as well as yellow. turned out good! i quite enjoyed it.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
these cookies were out of this world! i've been searching for a new cookie recipe - something different, and this is just what i wanted! they almost had a rich cocoa/bitterness to them. i don't know what peanut cups are so i didn't put them in. i used white chocolate chips and dark chocolate chips in place of the p. b cups and chips. wonderful beautiful!!! thankyou very much this will be a new favourite indeed.

World's Best Cream Cheese and Pineapple Dip
i made this dip with only 1 can of pineapple, and 1 clove of garlic. i tried it instantly after making it. the garlic was WAY TOO OVERPOWERING!!!! it honestly tasted garsely, but thought it may be one of those dips that need good quality fridge time to settle. much better after a day of sitting, but tasting it initially has ruined this dip for me, it just reminds me of my first taste. a word of advise to all those going to make this, try AFTER it has had sitting time! my family loved it though.
