This dish was quite easy and fun to make! I should mention, however, that for an inexperienced chef like myself, the "10 minute" prep time actually lasted 45 minutes by the time I'd skinned/deboned/diced my chicken, chopped my onion (which included occasional retreats to the bathroom to splash water on my eyes), and collected all the pieces of the garlic cloves I'd managed to send flying through my kitchen while crushing them. The result was wonderful, however -- an extremely filling, thick, delightful stew that should feed me for days (no easy task)! Was great with rice, but I also found that french bread begs to be covered with this stuff and eaten. I know what I'm bringing to the next potluck!
