I KNOW IT IS A REAL SIMPLE THING, BUT MY LOVED ONES ALWAYS LOVE MY SPINACH DIP. IT IS NOTHING SPECIAL, BUT I TELL THEM IT IS MADE WITH LOVE & THAT IS WHY IT IS SO GREAT.
My cooking tragedies
I SOMETIMES TRY TO MAKE MY OWN THING & IT IS A FLOP. BUT THE HUSBAND IS REAL GOOD ABOUT NOT JUDGING ME ON IT. I GUESS I CAN'T REALOLY THINK OF ANY CERTAIN RECIPE.

Chicken Parmesan
I have never made chicken parmesan before. I made this tonight for dinner and it was wonderful. Chicken was so tender. I changed a few things because I had it on hand but it was basically different cheeses. I cooked some spaghetti noodles and warmed some spaghetti sauce on the side. When serving we did noodles, sauce, & then the chicken. Along with a Caesar salad & breadsticks. It was to die for. My husband & I really enjoyed these. I have put the recipe into my recipe box and will be making it again soon.

Garlic Croutons
I just made these tonight. I really do not like croutons on my salads but I liked the idea that I can make them to my size liking. I had some leftover sandwich rolls & regulare white bread. I cut the crusts off the regular bread (which I don't think was necessary) I also added some seasoning according to comments but I will be making these for now on. No more store bought. I wonder what restaurants would think if I brought my own. LOL. Thank you Cathy

Steak Sauce
I recently made this sauce when I realized I was out of steak sauce. We loved it. After making it I went shopping & had steak sauce on my list but after seeing it was over $4 for a bottle I will be making this many times. I made it as written the first time but it is such a recipe that you can make it to your liking. Thank you for a great recipe.
