California Salad Bowl

Yum! My husband and I love this recipe and have been enjoying it for 3 years. Once we get to the crumbs on a bag of corn tortilla chips, it's time to make this salad!

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

WWWOOOWWW!!!! This was INCREDIBLE! I didn't know you could roast broccoli and it was FABULOUS! I didn't measure the ingredients because I wasn't making a full recipe and I think I eyeballed it pretty well. I made a test sample of almost one crown as a side dish with my lunch. It was so yummy and slightly blackened, that I ate it all wth my fingers off the cookie sheet. It never made it to my plate! I made more for dinner and my husband loved it, as well. It was an unexpected explosion of robust and delicious flavors in his mouth, he said. I am really excited to have found this recipe. It's my new favorite and it will be a staple in this household! Thank you! Mmmmm!

Creamy Chicken and Rice

This was SUPER MEGA AWESOME. INCREDIBLE. Delicious with a capital D!!! I used lowfat milk, low fat sour cream, made the rice in chicken broth, added broccoli, and instead of Velveeta I used 5 oz. shredded sharp cheddar and 1 oz. shredded mozzarella. I made a half version, so it was 3 servings but for us, it was 4. This recipe was a HUGE HIT and will become a staple in my home. THANK YOU.

Cream Cheese Jalapeno Hamburgers

This was AWESOME. I posted photos on Twitter & Facebook and several friends made this after seeing my pictures. We all love this amazing recipe! I seasoned the beef with Montreal Steak Seasoning and topped the burger with ketchup, mustard, tomato and lettuce. DON'T DO THAT. I would only use bacon, maybe some avocado, lettuce, and mayo next time. I felt the ketchup & mustard competed with the delicate flavors and concealed them. This recipe will be a BBQ staple in my household & I can't wait to share this on Father's Day weekend!
