Cinnamon Teacake

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2007
This is great cake! The flavor is wonderful, and it is amazingly easy to make. I didn't frost it, because it was good enough on its own. The batter is very tasty, too.I have to admit, though, that it has very strange texture, but the taste makes up for it!

wE FOLLOWED THIS RECIPE EXACTLY AND IT WAS DELICIOUS! It was more like a stew, though.

Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2006
I was going to bring these to Christmas Eve. Dinner, but they were so good we decided to keep them for our Christmas breakfast. I broke my bread machine, so I mixed it by hand and then kneaded it.

Chicken Piccata II

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2006
Very Easy. Very Tasty. I added capers and mushrooms and doubled the sauce though. Then I lifted the chicken out of the sauce (when it was done) and put some corn starch in. I let it thicken for a few moments, then put it over pasta. It was YUMMY! I will definitly make it again.

Barbecued Beef

Reviewed: May 28, 2006
This was yummy! I used 1/2 cups of ketchup and 1 cup of barbecue sauce. I cooked it on high for 4 1/2 hours, and 1/2 hour after shredding the beef. I will definitely make it again, next time with pork.

YUMMY!!!!!!!!! The only thing I changed was I put in 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic, and 2 small cans of mushrooms. The meat was very tender. It was delicious! I will definitely make this again

Slow Cooker Chicken Curry

Reviewed: May 5, 2006
This was not too bad. It was easy enough to make. It needed more curry and didn't thicken properly. It was tasty enough, and easy, I will try it again with less liquid and more curry.
