Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Reviewed: May 9, 2013
Very good, and very adjustable, made this for my son's band banquet it was a hit! Had to omit olives to appease some, so added tiny diced green onion and crumbled the cheese to give a bit of color and texture. By chance are you the lady named 'Crafty Lady 13' on Food.com's page? If not she she has totally "borrowed" your recipe :) changed tomatoes to grape and shortened cooking time for pasta, but even the sentences in your recipe appear copied and pasted. Just thought you'd enjoy that - imitation is the surest form of flattery! easy tip - cook the bacon on a cookie sheet at 325-350 while you prep the rest, saves work and splatter :)

Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2013
4.5, if it was possible :) I liked it very much, but agree with some of the comments. Less water, closer chili powder to cumin and garlic ratio. But it is very good! (I tried adding cocoa to a batch, it was also very good.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2012
A great sauce, versatile, flavorful without being overdone. Easy to add a pinch of this or that too, I've made one with sauteed shallots at the start, another with 1/2 the cream cheese and about 1/3 cup of greek yogurt in place. Thanks

Breaded Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2012
It's a very good recipe. I think too many people spend too much time changing it and telling us all of the changes they made. There is a separate page for that. My whole family liked this dish, and we used them to make delicious tenderloin sanswiches that were much better than most restaurants :) I did find that they were done in less than 15 min though . Thanks for sharing!

Potato Chips

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2011
OH My Word these are awesome! I've made them plain, sea salted, with pepper, used olive oil, and even sweet potatoes! They are great! use the slicer on a cheese grater! I needed more oil than 1 tbs but I use spray now. Excellent way to get a snack without going overboard!

I thought it was nice. A good hearty sauce, and easily adjustable to your tastes. There was no need to be rude, Marty!

Wonderful! I admit it was soupy at first and I was worried, but I took the lid off for about 1 1/2 hr before mealtime and it was great!

Foolproof Potato Latkes

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2010
Great and simple! The Commenter above may have used too large of an onion, or too small potatoes. I used very large potatoes and a medium red onion (I also added crumbled bacon) and I thought they were very good

Yam Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2010
This was great! I didn't add the sugar, because I thought the ones I had were sweet enough. I made a quadruple batch for a Thanksgiving dinner for 23 people. Many of them told me they never eat sweet potatoes but they liked this!

Black Beans and Rice

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2010
This was delicious, and the only changes I made were using brown rice (cooking time increases to about 20-45 min but it's much healthier) and chicken broth. I think this would be very good with a combo of black and red beans.

Easy Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2010
very nice, easy prep, and easy to make low carb :) Does need a sauce though, or it will get dry as soon as it's done. Also, very kid friendly, my kids helped layer the ham and cheese and it made them like it even more.

we turned this in another liqueur caller 1921 by substituting the whiskey for tequilla. Either way, fantastic!!

Simmered Swiss Steak

Fantastic and easy...I love the flavors! I've made this recipe a few times, and added fresh mushrooms to the onions once, a bit of red wine to the broth another time. It's easy and versatile.
