YUM! I can't believe I forgot to rate this sooner. This recipe is an absolute favorite in our house. We make it regularly and everyone loves it. A perfect combination of flavors and a welcome cange of pace from other kielbasa recipes. Thanks SO MUCH for sharing this!

This was a really terrific recipe. The light lemon flavor was just perfect. This is a keeper. Thanks for sharing! I cut a corner and used a premade pie shell. Next time I look forward to making the crust as well!

This recipe was superb. The glaze is very flavorful and a perfect combo with the fish. I served it with a simple brown rice pilaf, green beans and whole grain rolls. Fabulous and healthy too!

Chicken Chimi in the Oven

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2001
These were terrific! Like some others, I added a little cheese and reduced the chili powder just slightly. I also used refried beans with green chiles in them for a little added Mexican flare. Excellent! I can't wait to make them again.

Mixture for Meatballs, Meatloaf or Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2001
Great recipe. I made meatballs, so I added fresh onion and garlic as well as oregano. After browning, I dropped them in Nanny's Spaghetti Sauce (also from this site and fantastic!) and let them finish cooking in the sauce. Terrific! Thanks.

Buttery Cooked Carrots

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2001
Very simple to make. To keep the carrots flavorful, I steamed them and then put the sauce together with a bit of water and the other ingredients. A very light, subtle taste. I will certainly use it often.

Easy Teriyaki Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2001
A very tasty marinade. As others suggested, I only marinated for an hour and a half and that was certainly enough. I also used lite soy sauce to reduce saltiness. Since I was making them along with baked scalloped potatoes, I browned them on the stovetop and then baked at 375 for 35 minutes. Excellent! I can't wait to grill out next time.
