Bacon, Potato, and Egg Taco Ole

This was super fast to throw together amd filling too. I fried the potato with the onion to get the extra taste going through it. Served with salsa this made a delicious supper on a hot day.

Meat Shell Potato Pie

This was good but could use a bit more spices in the meat mixture. The bacon crumbled on top was a very nice touch. Leftovers were the best.

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

Very good using pork chops. The trick to not having a hard sauce is to warm the honey and pecans on low heat, it doesn't take long. Nice change from the usual but don't try this if you don't like things sweet.

Pineapple Chicken Delight

I cut the recipe in half for the two of us and it made a very nice dinner. I followed another reviewer's suggestion and foil lined my pan and I also par boiled my chunky potatoes before adding. I topped with just 3 rings of pineapple since I am not a fan of cooked pineapple but the barbecue sauce on this made it so delicious. The chicken turned out moist and flavorful, and l hr on 400 was plenty, husband ate more than his share. Make sure you use your fav barbecue sauce because that makes all the difference.

Pepper Rice and Confetti Beef

This was very good although it does not make a lot of sauce to cover the meat. I was skeptical on the amount of dijon called for since I am not a fan but the honey balanced out the taste quite nicely. The rice was fantastic, who knew adding some chopped green onion to rice would give it such a different taste. Will definetly do this dish again.

Chicken and Potato Parcels

We thoroughly enjoyed this dish even though we cooked it in the oven. I too was skeptical about the amount of barbecue sauce it called for but it really wasn't all that much when separated into 4 foil packets....and yes we did eat right off the foil. Hint for cooking the potatoes through is cut them into small pieces. 1hr in the oven was perfect.

Angel's Pasta

My husband was skeptical on this one as he likes sauce on pasta but he actually had seconds and remarked that it was pretty good. I only used 1 zucchinni as he is not fond of it and instead of mozzarella I used shredded romano cheese. Excellent recipe....don't be stingy on the garlic, it seasons the vegetables nicely.

Broccoli Chicken Divan

This was really good and as other reviewers suggested I browned my chicken in a little olive oil with some chopped garlic and onion. I also sprinkled with Mrs. Dash. My husband actually ate the broccoli with no complaint as it was cheesy enough to hide the taste, LOL!!! I used the cream of broccoli soup the recipe calls for but I find that is easily interchangable with any cream soup of your choice. The sauce was not runny or lumpy so don't know what some of the other reviewers did wrong, maybe not stirring the soup well enough with the milk? I will definetly make this again.

Cheddar Chicken Spirals

Found this dish when I was looking for something fast to whip up using leftover chicken. I had everything in the cupboard so this was great. We enjoyed this dish and it made enough for leftovers since it is only my husband and I. Perfect blend of seasoning.

Chinese-Style Cheeseburgers

Very good burgers and you would never guess there are water chestnuts in them. My husband was totally surprised at how tasteful they are. The secret to them holding together is to cut the cheese into small pieces, other than that I didn't change a thing. Thanks for posting this one.

Mexican Casserole

I only gave this 4 stars because as a casserole it was decent. The thing I did not like about it was that the corn tortillas just turned into one big mush. I could not find the right kind of beans so I used refried beans which work really well in this. The chili powder really didn't season it strongly enough with all those ingredients so next time I will season with a taco mix envelope instead. I served leftovers (after removing all the gloppy tortillas on the bottom) as a dip and served tortilla chips on the side and it got 5 stars all around.

Meat and Potato Casserole

We found this tasty. I only made half the recipe, I diced the potatoes as other reviewers said the potatoes didn't cook in the alloted time and I found that was a big help. I also used a raspberry vinegrette dressing because that is what I had and it came out flavorful.

Meatloaf Cordon Bleu

This is a fantastic meatloaf and I am not usually a fan of meatloaf or ham but this recipe got my interest and I had to try. Boy am I glad I did. I halved the entire recipe because there is only 2 of us and it still made plenty. I followed other reviewers suggestions and doubled up on the ham and the cheese, and I followed heartofatexan's review and topped the loaf with brown sugar and it offset the ham taste nicely and the top was not as hard as other reviewers had said. Tks so much for posting this one.

Thunderbird Stew

Very easy to do although not a stew in my opinion. The gravy was delicious served over the mashed potatoes. Next time I make this I am going to do as other reviewers suggested and add some vegetables to it and thicken the gravy just a bit. Thanks for the add on this one.

Dave's Mocha Chicken

I had mixed feelings about this dish. The meat does turn out moist but the flavor is almost non existent. I also took other reviewers suggestions and added a bit of cocoa and chopped garlic. The sauce does thicken up nice though and glazes the chicken perfectly. We won't make again though....it was just so-so.

Onion Soup Pork Chops

The pork chops were very moist although a little bland, would do well to season a bit to your liking. I used 1 cup of Uncle Ben's brown & wild rice blend and only 2 1/4 cups of water and it turned out perfectly. Next time I will cut back on the rice and water because it just made too much for two people.

Pasta Sausage Supper

This was very good.....had trouble stopping. The sweetness of the peppers and onion gave the sauce a wonderful taste. Even my picky husband liked this pasta dish.
