I always cook a recipe by the instructions the first go round. This one turned out good, and offers a healthy alternative to the fried okra I normally fix, however it was definitely way too salty for my tastes. I will cut the salt in about half next time. Might add some seasoned salt or Tony's to see how that turns out. Also, I will combine everything in a zip lock back to get a more even coat, rather than sprinkling it on the okra on the baking pan.
