Grill Master Chicken Wings

I'm from Buffalo and these were the best wings I've ever had. I didn't change anything about the recipe. They were perfectly spicy (they didn't burn your mouth, but had a nice kick).

Classic Cherries Jubilee

This was amazing. I substituted almond extract for the cherry extract, along with a little vanilla. The sauce was too thick, so I added some more water and orange juice. I also left out the orange zest. I'll definitely be making this again.

Chicken Biscuit Pie

The biscuits were mushy on the bottom but cooked on the top. If I made this again, I would cook the biscuits separately from the chicken mixture.

Baked Ziti I

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

This was much better than my usual apple pie recipe. I followed the recipe exactly except I added 1 tsp cinnamon and a little nutmeg to the sauce. It looked amazing, and tasted great. Next time I might try adding 1/2 the sauce to the apples and 1/2 on top.

Honey Baked Chicken II

This recipe was amazing. I doubled the curry and added a little cayenne as others have suggested. I used the full amount of butter, I think it made the chicken very juicy. I cut the recipe down to 1 serving and used 1 chicken breast. I baked it covered with foil for 30 minutes and uncovered for 30. At the end I skimmed of the extra fat and poured the sauce over the chicken. Incredibly delicious!

Thai Peanut Chicken

I agree with the reviewer that said this was just "okay". The peanut butter didn't mix well with the other liquid ingrediets; adding it directly to the chicken and broccoli made it so there were clumps of peanut butter that weren't evenly distrubuted throughout.

Greek Style Potatoes

I made these exactly as the recipe stated, and they were very good. The ones I get in Greek Restaurants are a little more flavorful - next time I'm going to try adding more lemon juice and garlic. I don't think it was too watery - at the end I spooned the extra sauce over the potatoes, and it was great.

Shrimp Bisque

This soup was AWESOME. I only wish I had made more. I cut this down to 2 servings, which still barely filled 1 smallish bowl. I used real half and half (with fat) and omitted the butter. I also used a food processor, which was kind of a disaster - I guess my food processor isn't liquid-tight. Next time I'll separate out the non-liquid ingredients, and blend those together sans liquid and mix it together in the end.
