Mexican Roast Chicken with Olive Salsa

This is an excellent recipe. Simple to prepare but more flavorful than some you'd spend hours on. My husband said it was the best chicken he'd ever tasted. I followed the recipe to the letter, no changes, and would recommend this highly. We're looking forward to making the tacos tonight. It's certainly in the top 10 at our house!

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

I made this recipe last night, and it was fabulous! My husband loved it and took it for lunch today. This is such a simple, fast recipe yet cooks up to be real homestyle comfort food. This is going to be a favorite in my household for many years to come!

Bolognese Stuffed Bell Peppers

This recipe is fabulous! I only cook for two, so we had leftover filling, and my husband even just ate that, no peppers needed! Really delicious and I can't wait to make it again for company.

Afghan Beef Raviolis (Mantwo)

I just made this recipe this evening and my husband raved about it. It was an interesting recipe to make (lots of fun) and very flavorful. We're partial to Middle Eastern food and this was an excellent dish. I made the recipe exactly as specified with no changes.
