A simple, yet good waffle recipe. The only thing I change is to separate the egg whites, whip until stiff peaks form, then fold them in at the end. It makes the waffles so much fluffier! We also love to add chocolate chips. Double the sugar and vanilla for a sweeter, richer waffle. Yummy!!
