Jezebel Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2012
I use a can of cranberry sauce with cranberries in place of the apple jelly, and reduce the horseradish to 4-5 oz, and use this as my ham glaze for the holidays. It is a hit!! This is also good with cream cheese.

Great new way to serve butternut! I did lightly spray the "fries" with cooking spray to make the seasoning adhere.

A Great Pepper Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2009
Love this recipe and will use often, with some changes. I do like the 1/2 pepperoni/1/2 salami,& did omit the swiss cheese. I tried rough chopping each item individually in the food processor, to make a Triscuit topping for New Year. It was great!! Everyone wanted to know recipe....Will make often, and great for weekend trip as it keeps for several days.

Shaved Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Almonds

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2008
I have been making a similar recipe for years, and it has been a hit with even the non-brussel sprout lovers. I make it with a few differences.....instead of almonds, I use pine nuts. this is a very nice taste, saute until lightly toasted, and use seasoning salt. Also at he end, with the crumbled bacon, add sliced green onion tops. This is delicious!!
