I'm an visionary, entrepreneur, wife, and mother of 6 children: 19G, 15B, 7B, 5B, 3G, and 10MB. I enjoy everything that makes me happy, my love of Christ, my children, church family, and passion to see my destiny come into fruition. I own a baking business, Passionate Delightz with more to come! Also...I can't do anything without swimming and roller coasters! I'm looney, silly at times and is always open for learning new and exciting things!
My favorite things to cook
I love Italian food and have recently been baking my butt off! I love it! Chinese food intrigues me...especially getting it to taste like what I buy from the restaurants. Ribs, burgers, and chicken dishes that my children will eat are always a challenge, but seems to be going well. Finding a dish for 8 people, including 3 picky icky's isn't fun...but rewarding once I can hit the nail on the head!

Snacks' Crazy Sweet Corn Pudding
This is a delicious way to get children to eat CORN!!! I made this a while ago and was a bit shocked that it wasn't the usual type of corn pudding. Since I love corn bread, it's like another version of it. DELICIOUS! I had to double it though because I always cook for over 15 people.

Fluffy French Toast
I saw this version of French Toast made on television, and went to try it. I doubled the recipie, added more sugar and cinnamon and put the mixed contents into a casserole dish since I used a whole spiraled loaf of cinnamon rasinbread. It came out delicious. I dusted some powdered sugar over it and some syrup and my family loved it!!! I don't usually eat french toast because of the egg taste. But this was light and fluffy and I sliced my pieces like FT sticks!
