Flatlander Chili

I don't know why everyone who uses the tomato juice says its too soupy. I followed the directions to a T, and its so thick, it will not fall out of a slotted spoon. It tastes wonderful. My husband absolutely loves it. He only gets chili during deer(or should I say beer)camp.I have never made it before. Very good recipe I will hand down to my own children. Love it!!!

Manicotti Pancakes II

My mother has been using this recipe for years. Its the only way we make Manicotti..if people buy those store bought ones in the box..they aren't eating real manicotti.

Apple Pike

I gave it 3 stars for ease. I added a little bit of brown sugar and cinnamon. It had to be baked longer than the suggested time. The texture is weird, and its not all that exciting to eat. I melted some butter on the slice I cut, and it tasted better, but not enough for me to say wow. I wouldn't make this again.

Easy Sugar Cookies

I mixed all the ingredients before realizing I didn't have baking soda(which I think makes cookies flat). They still came out awesome, and they were nice and high..very simple and quick recipe..will def make again.

Easy Meatloaf

Not having the ingredients I needed to make my usual meatloaf, I came on here to find something different, but easy. After seeing 801 people have reviewed this, and the majority of them were good, I decided to make it. I did saute the onion and a yellow bell pepper in a little butter to gaurentee softness and I only used 1 Tablespoon of mustard in the sauce, but I had to double the sauce to cover it all. It was awesome, and I think I'm going to use the sauce on chicken next time my husband bbqs..thank you for a wonderful recipe.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

First off, how does anyone only get 6 cookies out of this batch, or even just 12? Are they making them for giants? I made the cookies as written and got 24 regular sized cookies out of one batch. I wanted something sweet, but didn't have anything in the house to put together, until I seen this recipe. I baked them for 8 minutes. I never bake cookies according to the package when I buy them in the store, they are always over cooked that way. I figured if people on here thought 8 minutes was too short, then it probably was right on the money..As cookies cool, they get hard, so if people had hard and crumbly cookies, they cooked them too long. Let your cookies come out of the oven a little soft, and you will have a perfect cookie. These were awesome.

Easy Biscuits

Couldn't ask for an easier biscuit to make. I only had regular flour, so I did as someone else did, and added 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 Tablespoon baking powder..Some said they were plain, but never be afraid to jazz something up. I added just some garlic powder, and next time i will add some chedder cheese. I sprayed both the bottom of the pan with butter flavored spray, and I also sprayed the top of the biscuits as well. 425 is too high for my oven, so I cooked them on 350 for about 20 minutes. The perfect biscuit. Thanks for the recipe.
