About this Cook
Many people are surprised that someone as young as myself (21) harbors such a passion for cooking! Alas, it is true. Cooking is one of the few ways you can truly express and showcase creative genius, and that is something in which I take much pride!

Green Bean Casserole I
Has the potential to be very good, but much too sweet for my taste. I'll try it again, this time without sugar.

Pumpkin Cheesecake II
If I could give it more stars, I would. I didn't use pecans because I don't like them. I even messed up the mixing of the pumpkin pie filling with the cheesecake (I just spread the pumpkin pie mix on top of the other!) and this cheesecake was absolutely delicious. The BEST cheesecake I've ever had. Definitely a keeper (I've already been asked to make this for two separate Christmas parties!)

School Lunchroom Cafeteria Rolls
Oh my! This takes me back to my school days for sure! As other reviewers have said, sure, these rolls could stand to have a little more salt. But things like that can be adjusted. The texture, fluffiness, and density of these rolls are what make this recipe 5 stars. Just perfect, and will absolutely be my go-to recipe from now on. Oh, and don't be afraid of the dough - it gets really sticky!
