Fast English Muffin Pizzas

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2007
My 5 year old loves making these- something she can do pretty much on her own ( other than the cooking part) Adding additional toppings of you choice makes this a family hit! We also used flour tortillas for a different choice and it was great. The more toppings you have, obviously the better. We had cheese, sauce, pepperoni, canadian bacon, peppers, olives, onions, tomatoes, and I think that was it. my husband loved it as well. We had it twice in one week!

Peanut Butter Bon-Bons

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2007
I made these for my brother and I ended up making 'logs' out of them. we had a GREAT laugh out of them as they looked a lot like dog turds- thats only how I made them thr first time. Next time around I made regualr balls. But man alive are they good! They freeze really well too and are great room temp or chilled.

PMS Cookies

these were...itnteresting!! I can't say I'd make them all the time, incredibly rich. Definitely hit the spot for a time, but then got to be a little much. Would I make them again? Yeah, probably.

Flourless Chocolate Cake I

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2011
WOW!!! This was amazing. Because I'm on a health kick, I made it sugar free. I used 18 ounces Sugar Free semi-sweet chocolate chips & splenda. It's amazingly good, yet still incredibly rich, so literally a bite or two does it- a small piece goes a long way!! UPDATE: I've been sharing with friends, family & co-workers, many of which eat plenty of sugar and flour, all loved it and have begged for me to make again.

This is really great, being the cheese freak that I am, I added a bit mroe cheese to my liking. I also used sharp cheddar rather than colby. I was very satisfied and will definitely make it again.

Mac and Cheese II

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2007
I had high expectations of this recipe and while I followed it exactly, it was extremely bland and tasteless. After adding some seasoned bread crumbs, a LOT of extra cheese, quite a few seasonings, salt, it was a lot better. I will say though that it was really creamy!

Hot Spiced Cider

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2007
Big hit at the party and lots left over( I made a LOT) so I'm still enjoying it. This was a great and easy recipe. Was way too skeptical to try in the coffee pot, so I made in the crockpot with all spices in the coffee filter tied with a rubber band. Worked great. Will definitely make again, party or no party, its a keeper. p.s. added a touch of rum and re-heated after party was over for a nice hot spiked drink. Quite nice.

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2006
This was great!! I've had this before, a lettle different, so I kind of combined the recipes. I used the ingredients ( which calls for sourdough sliced bread) of this one and the directions of the other. Rather than having it sit overnight, I combined ingredients, mixed it up and let it sit about 20 minutes or so. It turned out perfect and really yummy! Would definitely make again!

Slow Cooker Sauerkraut and Sausage

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2007
I have to start off by saying I hate saurkraut and the smell of it. What was I thinking?! Serves me right. My husband loved this, but thought there was too much saurkraut in it. I think its a great recipe, but I dont know that I'll make it again becuase I don't care for the smell...but that's just me.

Cookie Balls

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2012
Oh this was a bad idea....so far it's been pretty hard to stay out of these. I used generic oreos, the full cube of cream cheese and almond bark. I did chill the balls before dipping, and while that likely made it easier, I don't really think I have much talent when it comes to dipping. But it didn't matter, they turned out amazing. definitnely not as 'pretty' as they could have, but still delish.
