Chocolate Peanut Butter Nirvana

Reviewed: May 13, 2013
Unbelievable!! First off I'll start by mentioning I made this {almost}sugar free. Sugar free cake mix, chocolate chips, pudding mix, frosting, and garnished with s/f peanut butter cups, used regular peanut butter. I was pretty skeptical about converting this recipe as many of them simply don't convert well in either taste or consistency/texture...at all. This one did, unbelievably perfect. Exceptionally rich, but delicious. I made about double the frosting, but did not all add the milk, so it was a bit thicker. Absolutely loved it. I cannot imagine even paying for a better sugar free specialty cake like this.

Homemade Twinkies®

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2012
Wishing I could give this 10 stars...amazing! I made exactly as is, but I can see where other reviewers would cut back powdered sugar to maybe one cup. But still, as is, it was incredible. The cake alone was awesome.... I did one goof through, wasnt thinking and put in two loaf pans instead. Still turned out amazing~ stimply stacked loaf cakes and put a lot of filling in between- it was really really high, but was able to just slice thinner. Had leftover filling and decided to freeze it since EVERYONE has asked for this again.

I have to admit I'm not a huge fan of ginger cookies, but wo, these are amazing! I realized I did not have ground cloves, so I used ground nutmeg instead and they were still amazing!

Cookie Balls

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2012
Oh this was a bad idea....so far it's been pretty hard to stay out of these. I used generic oreos, the full cube of cream cheese and almond bark. I did chill the balls before dipping, and while that likely made it easier, I don't really think I have much talent when it comes to dipping. But it didn't matter, they turned out amazing. definitnely not as 'pretty' as they could have, but still delish.

Spooky Calzone Snake

I too used the refrigerated pizza dough, I bought two of them to ensure I had enough and it was a hit! Disappeard at a Halloween party, so definitely will make again- I added a bit of pizza sauce to it, and used cottage cheese instead of ricotta- worked well and people seemed to enjoy it!
