Peanut Butter Apple Dip

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2011
We love this dip. The base is good alone. We like it with 1/2 cup b. sugar, and add in about 1/2 cup or more of marshmallow creme and a teaspoon of cinnamon! It is so good! Thanks for the recipe Kim.

Marshmallow Fondant

Reviewed: May 8, 2010
This is a great start. My son is allergic to gelatin, so I am always looking for ways to get around it. (Gelatin is in marshmallows but not in marshmallow creme). So I followed the review from Chef4Six. The first time it didn't turn out so well. I tried again and wanted to post my results here. I used 16 ounces of marshmallow creme. Like the other review, I left out the water step. I too mixed it in the KA. I also mixed in about 1 Tablespoon of Crisco while it was in the mixer. While kneading it, I probably used about the full quarter cup of Crisco. My results were pretty close to Wilton Fondant. Not nearly as stretchy though. Will play with this recipea little more!

Apple Crisp III

I teach a cooking class and was looking for inexpensive deserts. I liked that the ingredients were simple and didn't contain the usual oatmeal that sometimes leaves a gritty feel. This was a favorite of the students and the staff! Kudos!

This was an exceptional berry cobbler. My cooking class of very young students gobbled it up! Easy too!

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2007
This was the best pork I have ever tasted, and it was soooo simple. I was a little short on the pork butt so added a pork tenderloin that I had in the freezer and it was awesome! Thanks for the recipe!

Mushroom Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2007
This was excellent. My husband usually only likes his pork chops with stuffing, and suggested this again! He doesn't usually ask me to print out the recipe. I did saute' the onions first and then added them after the chops were sauteed. Give this recipe a try!

This rice is awesome! I didn't have saffron so I substituted a little bit of paprika and it was great!

We didn't care for this one. It was a little bland. Good try though!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2007
This is OK for a prebaked pizza crust. The ease of pulling it out of the freezer for a quick meal is great. Overall, it lacks flavor, so spices are a must. Also, I would bake a shorter time so that it isn't so hard when the pizza is finished.

This is awesome! It was a great way to use up some leftover ham. I am not a soup lover, but am making this again very soon!
