Stuffed Pork Chops III

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2009
!!Use Thick chops!! Good Recipe for the box, I used italian bread crumbs. My chops were not thick enough so I made pouches through the thickest areas. My only issue was that it took alot of time.

Cajun Seafood Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
I'm not a big seafood fan at all, I wanted to try scallops and this seemed like a good dish, it was very delicious the fresh herbs made all the difference. I would rate this as a great special event meal. My husband loves seafood and enjoyed this very much.

Honey Glazed Ham

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2009
Very good, YUM,YUM,YUM i used brown sugar instead of corn syrup like most other people, I had a 10 lb ham. I made the glaze using the exact measurements given (there was alot left over). The last 2 basings I let the glaze cool and become thicker before basing again. 5 Stars, hands down. I'll never buy a honey ham again.

London Broil II

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2009
did not have soy sauce so i used worchester, and i used a slow cooker instead. Other then that I did everything that the recipe said I added some beef broth in the crock pot (1 can) and cooked on low for about 5 hours. And yes, exactly as your thinking "it was falling off the forks". Delicious. The last 30 min. i added sliced onions and bell peppers.

Easy Herb Roasted Turkey

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2009
I added more seasoning such as seasoning salt and rosemarry, butter, flour and it came out great. I did alot of touch and go with this recipe to make it my own, I don't remember everything I used. Good recipe for the basics, but requires your own flair.

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2010
The only thing i changed was the noodles, I did not use noodles I used rice, which I cooked separate and kept separate. I would heat up the rice and pour the chicken soup over it and heat again if necessary. Also I used whole wheat rice which tasts better then white, to me it is more hearty. I also used allot more dried herbs.

Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2011
A-mazing, I could not stop saying "are you serious". The name does not do it justice. It is the best steak I ever had. I made two minor changes that cut the sodium down by a third. I used low sodium soy sauce and did not add the salt, there was no need to. Bravo, my hats off to the chef.

Very delicious, the brown fibers from the bananas hardening in the muffins was kinda wierd. But it was very good, although a bit sweet.
