Jimmy's Mexican Pizza

We really enjoyed this. Hubby said it was better than the Taco Bell pizzas he had growing up. Pretty much followed the recipe except for using ground turkey and adding a little extra cheese. Thanks for a new favorite!

I love this recipe. I use pecans in place of walnuts, but otherwise follow the recipe exactly. Just thinking about them makes me want to go make another batch.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Really good. Sometimes we add some green beans or broccoli to boost the nutrition. We've found the amount of hot sauce called for to be plenty hot, but I'm sure it probably depends on the type of hot sauce you use.

This is great if you need a meal to serve for a dinner party of large group. When I make it I put it into two 9X9 pans and bake them, then freeze one for later. It's great reheated too.

Made these following the recipe exactly and they were really good. The last batch I made, however, was amazing. Used half butter and half margarine which I think gave me a thicker cookie. Also added a spoonful of peanut butter and did half semi sweet and half milk chocolate chips. They were sooo good!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Baked Mac and Cheese for One

This is my husbands favorite version of mac and cheese that I've made. He thinks it tastes the most like his favorite cafeteria mac and cheese. I usually triple the recipe and omit the Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce and never do the bread crumb topping. I've also used different cheese for this and it always turns out great.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

I've made several peanut butter cookies in the past but never got as many rave reviews as when I made these. Who would have thought that something so simple could be so yummy! I do add a tsp of vanilla, but have forgot it in the past and they are still delicious!

Gooey Butter Cookies

My husband absolutely loves these. I've done both chocolate and yellow butter cake. My hubby preferred the chocolate as he's a chocoholic. I thought the cookies made using the yellow butter cake mix tasted less cakey and liked them the best.
