Carrot Cake III

I have made this twice and both times followed recipe except the first time didn't have any pecans. It is lovely and moist and everybody loves it. It did take a lot longer to bake in my oven, but I have a stupid oven anyway. It makes a lot of frosting and could be halved, though I like a lot of frosting. All in all a terrific cake, which I will cook again.

Lemon Muffins

Very nice texture. I did substiture melted butter for the oil and added the juice of 1 lemon and just over a cup of milk, as mention by others. Will make again

Roasted Sweet Potato and Rocket Salad

I have now made this several times and it is a great winner. Everybody loves the dressing especially. Only difference I have made is to add Parmesan instead of the dearer cheese. Thank you

Peach Kuchen

This was very nice. I found when I was spreading the dough in the cake tin to just lightly dust my hands with a bit of flour made it easier. Also next time I will try to use brown sugar and cinnamon, as it could use a bit of something. Otherwise a keeper.

Clone of a Cinnabon

I have made this many times now and each time comes out great whether I make them small, medium or large. Everybody loves them. Only thing I change is mix the soft butter with brown sugar and cinnamon and spread on dough with my fingers. A bit messy but so much easier. Yummy

Royal Rhubarb Coffee Cake

Great cake. Nice and moist. Other reviewer said to add flour, I didn't first time I made this, but making it today and I will, however only a tablespoon to make it less liquidy.

This is very easy. I have made this many times, only thing I have changed is the filling and shape. I have made individual Calzones and one big one, all comes out great.

Chocolate Cream Pie II

I followed this recipe and it is wonderful, nice chocolate flavour. Could be a little firmer, next time i will add a little more cornstarch. also i used 300ml of cream whipped with confectioner's sugar, as we can't get whipped topping in Australia, very nice too.
